We loved the views and how easy it was to get to the ski trails. The restaurant food was amazing, and the spa was spotless and top quality. The room was super clean and soundproof, even the vacuum in the hall late in the morning was quiet. There were thoughtful touches everywhere: space to take off sports clothes, plenty of room for luggage, a backpack and plastic bag to borrow for the spa, and a wooden clothes rack on the deck. The entertainment room had games and books, while the bar had different spots to sit and relax. We stayed for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and all those details. I can't say enough about how amazing this place was!

The spa is small but gorgeous, and we had good food and service. Lovely hotel, just a short walk from central Andalo.

We especially enjoyed the food, including the afternoon snack, and the friendly staff. The property is in great condition and has a dedicated room where you can lock up your bikes. Overall, we had a great stay. The sauna was nice, though its hours could be better. On a day with thunderstorms from 12pm, it didn't open until 3pm, which was disappointing. We usually see the hotel provide scented oils in the sauna, too.

Good wine list and excellent food, with the ski lift close by.

Each morning we got a program of activities, which was a nice extra and gave guests different ideas for the day. The hotel's setting is great for shops, cafes, hiking, and getting out to explore, and we liked that the products were local. The team made us feel so welcome. Housekeeping did a great job, and the receptionists were kind, helpful, and attentive. Many thanks to Nicole and Cedric for looking after us so professionally and making our stay feel warm. The kitchen was just 🔝🔝🔝, with an amazing range of dinner choices and every meal tasting exceptional. The atmosphere was relaxing and lovely, and the hotel has real spirit and charm amid those picture-perfect views. We'd be happy to visit this magic place again!
