From our clean, roomy space for two, we could see Piazza San Giovanni, the Duomo and the Bell Tower. The breakfast and staff were great, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. It’s only a short walk to the main sights and SM Novella train station. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back.

Alessandro was a huge help, and the service was outstanding. We had a spacious room with comfortable accommodations, and breakfast on two mornings was both convenient and delicious. Florence's sights, restaurants and the train station were all within walking distance. A great place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

The room felt fresh and airy, and breakfast was excellent. Service was really friendly, with nothing feeling like too much trouble. The central location also made it easy to walk to all the sites. Highly recommended!

Alessandro was such a friendly, helpful and professional host. We had a big, clean, cozy room, and there were two supermarkets downstairs with plenty of restaurants and shops across the road. Everything felt close by from this central spot. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it.
