Annapartment

We had a really bad experience with the C'est la vie giardini apartment in this building. The sofa was small and uncomfortable, the building is very old, and there was an unpleasant strange smell in both the shower and the room. The host demanded a hidden €200 deposit only when we arrived, though this had never been mentioned beforehand. She made clear that returning it at checkout was up to her, and then refused, saying we had damaged the sofa even though it was already defective before we stayed. This felt unfair and very unprofessional, like they were trying to take our money. I don't recommend the apartment at all if you want a stress-free stay. They deleted my bad review on booking. Shame on you!
