Apartment Tysandros

Our room and bathroom were clean and nice, and the towels and kichenet were clean too. The Madam host was so helpful and kind, just ask her! We had a great first experience in Sycillina, and we're already eager to come back. Thank you so much for such a nice time in Giardini-Naxos!

The reception staff speak English very well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was lovely, right by the sea, with daily cleaning.

Our iPad was damaged during the housekeeper's daily cleaning, but the cleaning staff reported it to reception themselves. They apologized over and over and compensated us without any trouble. That honesty and response aren't something we take for granted, and we're truly grateful. We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Giardini Naxos. The hotel is just steps from the beach, with lots of restaurants, bars, and small shops nearby. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a great sea view, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We'll definitely return to Giardini Naxos, and to this hotel. Thank you all!

I booked the night before arriving for four nights, so I didn't have much choice ☺️. The apartment I got was on the ground floor and had a lovely terrace, but at night I wouldn't open it because I was afraid someone might come in, and even during the day you have to be careful. Next time I come back, I'll book a higher floor, even the 6th ☺️. The place is quiet and right by the sea, and it matches the Booking.com photos perfectly. It's modernly renovated, though a few small finishing touches take away from the overall impression. There's no kettle, so you have to heat water in a saucepan. I slept very well despite some inconsiderate, noisy neighbors. They cleaned daily, and the welcome was friendly and helpful.
