B&B Villa Cristina

Nearly every room at Villa Cristina has a breathtaking ocean view, and the place sits right along the shore. The rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, with the amenities you'd expect at a good beach resort. We also liked winding down by the pool and bar in the evenings. I had an amazing stay and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway with a tropical feel and excellent service. I'll definitely return.

The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and plenty of hot water. We also enjoyed the terrace and its sea view, and really appreciated being allowed to use the small pool for free. Villa Cristina is in a handy spot in Giardini, close to the bus and train, a short walk from the beach, and near lots of seafront restaurants and bars. We did miss having breakfast available, which is why I'm giving it four stars. Still, I'd recommend it and would come back. Grazie!

Our booking at Villa Antonino was moved by the owner because of a sewage problem there. Breakfast had been included at Villa Antonio, but at Villa Cristina we paid the same rate and weren't offered breakfast or given it as part of the stay.

The room was clean, which was one good point, but we were generally unhappy with it. The first washbasin leaked badly, so we had to switch rooms. In the new room, the basin plug leaked too much to wash clothes, and the toilet kept running and disturbed our sleep. The internet never worked, despite repeated attempts and promises that it would be fixed.
