The location made it easy to explore. It was close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants, yet peaceful enough to relax. The view from my window was breathtaking, with a lovely mix of city and nature. My room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I liked the details in the decor. The food was another highlight. Every meal, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented, with a great range of options. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. They were friendly, professional and always ready to help with a smile. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations, especially the wonderful service. We spent eight days there. The rooms were clean, and the staff polite. The hotel is right by the sea. Special thanks to the chef for introducing us to delicious dishes. The desserts were simply magnificent.

I’ll keep it short: this hotel is hell! The rooms are cheap, and the only thing I liked was the chairs. The chefs were the only nice staff. Everyone else was horrible, especially the young woman at reception. She called me names and wasn’t helpful. Please fire her. The location is okay, but not good enough.

The balcony views were gorgeous, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had a good time overall, though the beds' blankets were uncomfortable. The TV had no remote at first, and the one we eventually got didn't work. Still, I'd recommend the hotel to a friend.

From the terrace we could see the beach and Mount Etna, and there was always a quiet spot by the water. The sea was warm, too. The staff were exceptionally friendly, our rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily, and the food was tasty with generous portions. Nothing but praise for the hotel.
