Kassiopea Aparthotel

A simple, friendly place, and the staff had a lovely attitude.

The only option available was a double bed.

We could choose between the lido, which has an arrangement with the hotel, and the public beach, both a short walk away through the back gate. The hosts were very friendly and helpful during our two-night stay. Breakfast was quite satisfactory, and the double room had enough space. It also came with a nice kitchenette, though we didn't use it, with two burners, a sink, a mini-fridge, and dishes. The bathroom was small, and the shower could do with replacing.

The staff were friendly, but that didn't make up for the lack of comfort. The beds were uncomfortable, there were various insects, and hygiene seemed poor. We stayed three nights and the towels weren't changed. There wasn't much variety in the food, and it wasn't tasty. I also found hairs on the bread slices, which made me question whether kitchen hygiene standards are followed closely. I feel lucky to have eaten at several restaurants. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here except in an emergency or for a quick overnight stop.
