Sylvio helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was clean and lovely to stay in, with awesome views of Etna. We had a pleasant time and will be back :)

Our reservation was cancelled just two days before we were due to arrive. Since we were already travelling around Italy, it put us in a really difficult position.
