Breakfast came right to the suite at the time we chose, and it was a generous spread, beautifully arranged. That’s definitely not something to miss. I also got a birthday message from the Host two days after checking out, a thoughtful touch I hadn’t received from another B&B where I’d stayed over my birthday. Our Host was so friendly and treated us like dear guests. She’d taken care of every detail, from the design and handpicked furnishings to the table setting and cleanliness, so everything was in top shape when we arrived. Ai Sottani B&B Deluxe Suite is a charming ground-floor suite in a well-kept inherited building. It has a fully equipped open kitchen, a king bed bedroom, two sofa beds, two bathrooms with amenities, and two showers. I feel lucky I booked Ai Sottani early enough to get it. It’s been my best bed and breakfast or guesthouse stay, and a remarkable place unlike any other I’ve found in Italy.

The host is so nice, and the apartment is the best you can find in Gioia. The rooms feel modern and stylish. You’ll love it!

Anna is so welcoming and kind, she makes you feel at home without ever intruding. The house is spotless, tidy, and comfortable, on a central street just a few minutes' walk from the city center. Highly recommend!

Anna Marzia really makes the stay at B&B Ai Sottani in Gioia del Colle. She’s thoughtful and pays close attention to her guests, welcoming us like family from the start and staying available for even the little things we needed. She also makes delicious cakes herself, which made breakfast time feel special. For genuine hospitality with a professional touch, this is a lovely place. Kind regards :D

Anna made us feel welcome right away and was so helpful. She even brought cappuccino from the nearby café and gave us good tips on places to see and eat around the area. Breakfast was plentiful and mostly homemade. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was big and comfortable, and parking was convenient. The place has been designed with care, down to the small details, and has attractive decor and quality furnishings, including the linens. I’ve had very few stays this enjoyable. Everything was excellent, and I highly recommend it.
