The hosts, Enrico and the team, are wonderful, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully finished. Breakfast is lovely, and there’s tea, coffee, and water available whenever you like in the shared area. The elevator is handy if you have luggage. Al Secondo Piano (On the 2nd Floor) is a great place to stay in Gioia, whether you’re just here for the town or using it as a base to see Valle d'Itria / Bari. It’s right at the corner of Via Roma, my favorite street in Gioia, and it’s pedestrianized, so there’s no traffic. I’ve stayed with my parents and family, and friends stayed for our wedding too. Everyone loved it. Highly recommended.

Right in central Gioia, this is a really nice, cosy place. I’ve stayed here every year for years, and I think it’s the best B&B in town.
