Just the kind of place you hope to find in Salento. The food was lovely, tasty, and honest, and the service was so kind.

The owners personally take care of both the cooking and the service, and they were kind and right on time with everything. That really rounded out the meal. We started with a generous spread of Salento favorites, including fava beans and chicory, focaccia, and pizza, then had traditional first and second courses and finished with a delicious pasticciotto. The portions and quality made the price very reasonable. I found the place by chance while looking for somewhere new to have lunch with my family, and it turned out to be a lovely discovery. We'd happily go back.

Big tables made it easy to sit and talk, and the service was impeccable. The home-style cooking was excellent and fairly priced. I'd gladly come back.

Francesco made us feel so welcome, and the traditional Apulian home cooking was divine. The half-board option is well worth considering, especially at such an affordable price. It's also a great base if you're driving around Salento. We'll be back.
