Hotel Première Pool & Resort

The staff were kind and tried hard to help us, including arranging shuttle cars from 8am to 3pm. But outside those hours we felt stranded, and the hotel's location and setup made the trip exhausting and stressful. We came hoping to relax. The best night was the one we spent at an Airbnb. We were stunned by how remote the hotel was. A taxi from Naples Centrale cost around €100, and although the hotel says it's “in Naples,” public transport to the city takes over two hours. The nearest train station is still about an hour on foot, along a main road without a footpath, which felt unsafe and practically impossible. We booked an Airbnb for one night because the commute was taking more than four hours a day. One evening we were left at a dark, isolated station with no taxis around. Several men stood staring at us, and we felt so unsafe we considered calling the police. After nearly an hour, the lovely staff arranged a taxi to collect us from a petrol station in the middle of nowhere. With no shops or restaurants within walking distance, we tried the hotel's “restaurant” on our first night. The menu isn't posted online because it supposedly changes daily, though the quality made us wonder if they were hiding it. The starter looked like processed ham and cheese rolled into a ball, which was confusing and unappetizing. My partner had only a plate of chips, and my spaghetti with eggplant was so bad we laughed and ordered takeaway pizza. For a four-star hotel, that was shocking. Even the TV in our room didn't work.

I arrived on Sunday hoping to use the wellness center, but it was closed that day and on Monday too. The cleaning staff were the one good part. Everything else, from reception to the quality of the room doors, was awful. The doors let every sound through, and nobody seemed to be checking on guests who were making too much noise. I couldn't sleep until after 11:00 PM, then was woken from 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM, and again at 6:50 AM. I called reception several times, but they came only once. I came to relax and left more stressed than when I arrived. Thanks for nothing.

I spent a few days here with a couple of mates. The hotel was fantastic, and the staff and service were outstanding. I'd definitely go back and highly recommend it.

Such a nice place, with the beach and sweet dreams. It's in a really good location for a family stay, safe and outclass, neat and clean.
