A good place.

It's a really nice park, but it's a condominium residential complex, not a residence.

On June 29, 2022, at 10:15 pm, I went to make a delivery. The park guard wouldn't raise the barrier and looked at me threateningly, as if to ask what I wanted there. I explained I had pizza, chicken, and drinks to deliver. He asked who I was delivering to, and I said Mr. Sacco, but still he wouldn't open the barrier. He came out of the guardhouse, got right in my face, threatened and insulted me, swearing about the dead, then went back inside and wanted to call the police. I asked what he would tell them when they arrived; he said I was arrogant. I've made more than 20 deliveries in all the parks, and they all respect me, just as I respect everyone. Inter price service, they aren't all the same, there are serious people too.

It's quiet here, and there's a beautiful park with security around the clock. In summer there's a shared Olympic-size pool with room to sunbathe and a lifeguard on site.
