I’d booked in Giulianova for a communion, and I’m there at least 30 times a year. Three days before I was due to leave, I fell and fractured my right foot. I couldn’t walk, so I tried to work something out with the property and Booking. The reservation was non-refundable, which I’d accepted because I was planning to go, but they wouldn’t offer a discount or even let me change the dates. It was the end of May, and surely there weren’t enough guests for my absence to cause them any loss. Shame on them for treating someone this way over a health problem. This was a very negative experience, and I strongly don’t recommend them. Other hoteliers have always been kind and helpful when I’ve arrived a day late. Even if they didn’t reduce the price, they offered me lunch or dinner. After reading the reviews, I really don’t see what makes these people act so “superb.” I’m disgusted that anyone calls them businesspeople.

We checked out the day after arriving and moved to another place. I’d booked a sea-view room for the end of July back in March, but they gave us an interior one. When I complained, they said every sea-view room was taken and they couldn’t help. It’s hard to believe this still happens. The service and food also fell short of what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The price was so good that I gave the hotel a try, even though I hadn’t planned to come here. I was won over by the location and the service as well as the cost. Dinner was great, with two or three choices for each of the two courses. I’d definitely recommend it.

The entertainment was spectacular, fun and involving while still staying discreet. The hotel is right by the beach and works well for children, with a clean pool and beach area. Our room card stopped working for two days, but Hotiday helped and it was replaced right away.

A good choice for families. The stay includes beach access, and there’s a pool, umbrellas, soccer fields, and entertainment that keeps you engaged. Breakfast is excellent too.
