Nice apartments, just close to the beach.

We made friends with the other guests because this place has a relaxed, almost condominium feel, without the formality of a hotel. It's a simple, charming and welcoming spot, great for families. We stayed a week with our young son and always felt at home. The owners are lovely and helped with every request. The sea is two minutes away along the bike path, and the small pool is a nice place to unwind in the afternoon. Our studio had all the dishes, pans, and towels we needed. I like to exercise even on holiday, so I would've liked a little more equipment in the gym, even just dumbbells, weights, or an exercise bike. Thanks so much.

The residence was new, clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful holiday, and the heated outdoor pool is just steps from the sea and private beach, which was ideal for our family with small children. Pietro was always kind and ready to help with our needs. Highly recommended.

The beach at Costa Verde lido, which handles the residence's umbrellas, is only 200 meters away. The town center is 2 km away and easy to reach by car, bike, or train. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with new, practical furnishings and a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen had everything, including an oven, microwave, induction stove, and dishwasher. The linens were soft and fresh, and the place was impeccably clean. The terrace was lovely, breezy, and had a very handy laundry area. The owner and Nuncia, the employee, were both available by phone or WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. The property is new, well maintained, and welcoming. It all made for a very relaxing holiday.
