Palazzo Vilei

The sea, beaches, villages, and towns worth seeing are all nearby, and Palazzo Vilei is a magical place to come back to. The hosts were welcoming, attentive, gently kind, and discreet. I loved everything about it, from the palace and location to the rooms, interiors, and terrace. Breakfast was delicious. Every time I leave "Palazzo Vilei," I feel nostalgic and want to return.

After the crowded, chaotic beauty of Otranto, it was refreshing to come back to peaceful Giurdignano. Right in the main square there’s an osteria, Osteria degli Amici, serving traditional dishes in a lovely setting, with genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in the morning was rich and varied. We stayed at Palazzo Vilei, an old palace in the square, recently renovated and beautifully presented in a clean, elegant style. Alessio greeted us with a smile and showed us to our apartment. Our room was adorable, spacious, spotlessly clean, with high ceilings and a beautiful bathroom with a giant shower. There was also a large window looking out over the town square. It had air conditioning, free WiFi, a comfortable bed, and excellent cleanliness. Parking was free right outside in the square. We had a really great stay. Highly recommended.

The square it sits on is unforgettable, and the location is handy, just 10 minutes from Otranto. Mr. Ubaldo was incredibly kind, and breakfast was fantastic. The B&B is welcoming and beautiful, even more so in person than in the website photos. It really feels like an escape from everyday life. Grazia and Daniela say, go on, book now!
