Around 3:30 in the morning on our second night, a heavy bookshelf came off the wall and landed right on the bed while we were asleep. It was terrifying, and we were very lucky no one was seriously injured. We contacted the host straight away, but he didn’t seem concerned. The next morning someone just moved the shelf under the bed. There was no apology, follow-up, or sign of concern for our safety. We’d already noticed the room wasn’t very clean and the bathroom was partly damaged, but had tried to stay positive and not complain because we wanted to enjoy the trip. This was shocking and unacceptable. The room felt unsafe, and the host’s response was deeply disappointing. Future guests should be cautious about the property’s safety standards.

The price is good if you're looking for a budget stay in Rome, and the bathroom was very clean. There was a strange smell in the room even though it looked clean, and finding the place was really difficult. Breakfast was supposed to be at a cafeteria, but when I got there at 7:20 a.m. it still wasn't open. Not a nice experience.

The owner was really friendly and checked that everything was all right. It’s a clean, pleasant, convenient place in a quiet area, close enough to reach the center on foot or by bike.

The B&B is in a good location, but €150 felt like a rip-off. We were told the bathroom was private, yet had to leave our room to reach it. It was awful, with mold everywhere, no window, and unbearable humidity. The tiny sink had a tap without a filter, so water splashed all over as soon as it was turned on. The room had old furniture too, and a tiny TV with a crooked shelf underneath.
