Breakfast was quite good, and the room looked clean. The staff were friendly when we checked in. We only stayed one night after booking through Booking, but waking up to that beautiful sea view was a real bonus.

The hotel was full of noisy teenage boys for a four-day football event, and there was a dog running around, despite the listing saying there would be no events or pets. I had come to rest and recover from surgery, but the staff were dismissive and rude. They wouldn't help me find somewhere else to stay or offer a refund. I felt my safety and well-being were put at risk. Hotiday is a Milan-based start-up acting as an agent selling rooms for hotels, but that wasn't disclosed. I couldn't contact them directly, and they hide behind AI. They also haven't replied to Booking.com, the platform I used to find a place within my budget. To me, this is a scam. Don't use any Hotiday venues. Even the reviews seem to be mostly from Italian people using exactly the same words and phrases.
