At the entrance, there was a huge pile of uncollected rubbish that smelled awful. The apartment itself was dirty and moldy, with plaster coming off the walls and a filthy, stained sofa crawling with ants. Wi-Fi was useless, and the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. What makes the stay especially good is the attentive, helpful hospitality from the owners and staff. The property is clean, welcoming, and feels rejuvenating. Several beaches are only a few steps away, and there are lovely soccer and tennis courts for sports, too. Marinella Residence is superbly equipped and has an incredible location. It’s a magical place with wonderful memories. Highly recommended in every way!

We were very happy here and would book again. Giuseppe was friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. He even let us keep the apartment a little longer on departure day since our flight wasn’t until the evening. The apartment had a separate bedroom with a double bed, plus a living room with a kitchenette and another bed. Since there were four of us, we also got a full-size extra bed that could suit an adult. It was well equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The owners are very kind and helpful, and we’ll be back. The comfortable, lovely apartments have everything you need. You can walk to the nice private beach in about five minutes, and there are enough umbrellas for everyone. It’s also a strategic base for exploring northern Sardinia. I recommend it to everyone.
