Our room was kept clean, and the breakfast cart was adorable. Paolo and Cinzia were both so helpful with our questions and requests. Paolo took time to explain the area and share recommendations. Thanks to them, our stay in Florence was memorable.

My room felt really relaxing, and everyone was absolutely gracious and nice. Breakfast was delicious, and when I mentioned I’d miss it one morning for an early tour, they gave me sweet bread wrapped to go and some water. Thanks again for making my time in Florence wonderful. I stayed at the beginning of March.

Safe and comfortable, with excellent breakfasts and a great location. The owner was kind and helpful. My wife and I loved it and will stay here again when we’re back in Florence.

The staff and owner were so welcoming and kind, always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent and delivered right to the room. When I needed to leave before normal breakfast hours, they thoughtfully prepared a simple meal for me to take along. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and the hotel is conveniently close to the train station. Check-in was easy, and communication was quick and clear. There’s a lift, and you can reach them on Whatapp. I was really impressed and will choose this place again in Florence.

The room was very clean, and the staff were helpful. It’s a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the duomo.
