They canceled our reservation at the last minute. We’d booked a month earlier, but on arrival day the host told us there was an “overbooking” problem. With only 10 hours to go before we arrived, we were left without an apartment and given no alternatives. I really wouldn’t recommend this, especially for tourists who could end up without a place at the last minute.

The furniture was partly in terrible condition, and the kitchen was no better: rusty cabinets and dish rack, awful cookware, and one closet even had a musty smell. There was dust, too. We complained about all of it as soon as we arrived, but they only contacted us about the balance several days later. I can’t put into words how bad the experience was. My children slept in a closet, with two bed frames and two mattresses 😶

The staff were wonderfully helpful and the manager was exceptionally kind. We had a lovely holiday in an apartment with a unique location and direct access to the sea. The furnishings were new and well appointed. Highly recommended, five-star service.

Apartment 3 had a musty smell, a rusty drying rack that dripped dirty water, and three pots, one of them moldy. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly.

The apartment was nice, but it had a kitchen drawer and a refrigerator door that was broken.
