Umberto, his daughter Roberta, and the rest of the family made my stay so good. They often went out of their way to help and make me comfortable. Even the cats are lovely (see pic). It’s a charming, simple, homely place, spotless, authentic, and close to nature. I happened to arrive while their son was baking their own organic bread. I tried it the next morning, and it tasted as good as it looked. Don’t let the location put you off, even if, like me, you don’t have a car. This incredible place and the many breathtaking beaches nearby are well worth it. I’ll visit again, maybe with my family.

Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the fresh homemade bread, which was exceptionally good. The owner was welcoming and also showed us some local specialties we wouldn’t have found ourselves. I spent two nights at B&B L'Elicriso with a friend and our two dogs. We were welcomed warmly from the moment we arrived, and the dogs were allowed to stay for free, something you don’t often find elsewhere. The location is ideal for exploring the area, and the dogs were treated so warmly that the stay was even more enjoyable. If I come back, I’ll choose L'Elicriso again. I’d recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a welcoming, quality stay. Thanks so much!

The room was spacious and clean, and we had a wonderful two nights here in August. Umberto and his daughter were kind and very helpful. Breakfast was spectacular: their own organic bread with jam, honey and sheep’s milk ricotta, plus Sardinian cured meats. We’ll be back!

Umberto is a wonderful guardian of ancient seeds. The whole family cares about local traditions and values. Such warm hospitality and a lovely taste of Sardinian tradition.
