I was shocked by how dirty the accommodation was, and the welcome was the worst I've ever had. As someone from Naples, I'm often asked, "Are we even in Naples???????" as if people there weren't civilized or clean. Well, I can answer, "Thank goodness!!!!!!!!! Because in Naples we certainly know how to welcome guests." Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The apartment was awful, filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned for months, maybe longer, and the bed was still unmade from the previous guests. The heating didn't work either. We waited all afternoon for an owner who never showed up, then after four hours a "friend" came with the keys. With accommodations in Gorizia so hard to find during graduation days, we eventually left after spending the day waiting and gave up our stay. Shame on them, and on Booking.com, which clearly hadn't checked the property and did nothing to help sort things out. They just told us to wait... for who knows what!
