B&B Eggenberg

The pool was excellent, and there were rarely many people around it. The location is stunning, and we enjoyed a historic tour including the castle, but that’s another story. It’s a quality hotel, very clean, with an excellent breakfast. Friendly staff too, and reception paid excellent attention to their guests. I’d come again.

Our motorbike broke down, and the team turned that bad luck into a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Alice for the extraordinary effort and service. They helped with a free late check-out, cap service, and organizing a specialist mechanic, going far beyond normal concierge service. The staff were extremely friendly, and we felt at home and welcome. The hotel has been freshly renovated, with clean, nice rooms and a relaxing pool area. Breakfast was very good, and the garden is beautiful. The hospitality felt worthy of a five-star-plus hotel. We’ll definitely come back.

We had lunch brought to our room, and it was tasty at a fair price. The pool and outdoor areas were well maintained, and our spacious, modern room suited us perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and a great deal at €8. The staff were attentive and helpful, going above and beyond for us. Our short stay at Hotel Franz was lovely, and we’d definitely stay again.

Staying at Hotel Franz was a pleasure. Sonia and the whole team hosted us and our wedding guests so kindly, and staff were always available when we had questions. We’d choose it again anytime!
