The west side of Grado beach is quieter than the main public beach, and the hotel is well placed for it, about a five-minute walk away. The port promenade is three minutes on foot, and there are lovely romantic views of the Alps, sea, and boat. It's dog friendly too, with a dog beach nearby. Our room was clean and had a large balcony, a kitchen with everything we needed, TV, and high speed wifi. The bathroom was comfortable and clean, with towels provided. The staff were really nice, helpful and pleasantly communicative, and spoke perfect English. Parking is free on the streets in the white lines, though it may be harder to find during peak season when the city is more crowded. A perfect option for young families.

If you're after luxury, this isn't it, but it's a decent apartment option. The rooms were well equipped and clean, with a new kitchen, though some of the furniture was older. It's close to the sea and foodstore, with a big free parking lot nearby. The free beach and old town are a bit farther away. There are also beaches nearby, including one for dogs, but that one has an entrance fee. Overall, the location worked well for us.

The staff were very friendly, and the free beach is about 500 meters away. We stayed for two days with our dog. Our comfortable room had air conditioning, a large balcony, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette.

The weekly Saturday market is right outside, with a supermarket and local shops nearby. The rooms were clean, the beds nice and the WiFi fast. Getting to the old part of Grado takes about 20minutes on foot, which was the only downside. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay for a good price. Can recommend 👍

Best stay in grado for the price. The rooms are clean and nice, there's air conditioning, and it's 4 min from the free beach where you don't have to pay to get in. I'd recommend it.
