The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, but the spa they advertise was closed, there are no lifts, and we were charged an unexpected $50 cleaning fee, though that was refundable. We were also asked to pay a 200 Euro cash deposit for 'damages', and I had to insist on getting a receipt. We booked because the listing described the apartment as having a Lake View. We didn't expect it to be right on the lake, but there was no reasonable way to call the view a lake view. When I brought this up, the Manager insisted it had only been advertised as a 'partial' lake view. I showed her the Exodus advertisement, which clearly said Lake View, but she wasn't apologetic and only seemed upset that I'd accused her of misleading the public. Buyer beware.

The location is probably great, but after three email inquiries and six phone calls, including one where they promised to call back, I never got a response. I've booked accommodation for years, including for big groups, and have never had this happen before. I guess I'm too wealthy to be worth bothering with anymore. It's frustrating to spend time making inquiries and then have it all go nowhere. At least I didn't waste my time.
