The rooms are small but work fine, and the ski room has enough space. Getting to the slopes is easy. There's not much to do in the village itself. The place feels dated, but it does the job for a ski break.

The location right on the slopes made for a brilliant holiday at Club Esse Pila 2000, and the hotel was warm and cozy, with friendly, helpful staff and fantastic food. The room, though, was tiny for four people and all our ski gear, and the bathroom needed repairs. In the evenings we also struggled to find somewhere quiet to sit with a drink and a board game, away from the loud Italian entertainment. It's a bit of a mixed bag, but I'd recommend staying if you're fine without luxuries.

We had a fun, relaxing holiday and felt very welcome. The miniclub team, Dalila, Ludovica, Denise, Giovanni, Simone and Lele, were all lovely and friendly, and did a great job with the kids, karaoke, and theatre shows. The staff overall were fantastic. The food was good and the bar was fine too. Gian Carlo, the bartender, was very nice and polite. The location is great, though the shared areas could probably use some renovation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is nice, the staff and service were very good, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing. I'd highly recommend the place.

Room service went through my things, and my ID card and phone pouch are now locked in there. Money was stolen too. I've been calling the hotel to get help retrieving my ID, but all I can hear is music!
