Simon' Secret

I lost my flight because of scheduling issues, and Simon and his staff helped me through it. They lent me a computer, translated everything, and even showed me how to reach the airport by ferry or bus. They were easy to contact and pointed out places of interest as well. Their kindness, hospitality, and helpfulness made me feel extremely welcome. My room was beautiful, and the location made it easy to get everywhere. I'm grateful for how they helped turn a bad situation around, and I have no regrets booking here. I'd absolutely stay again.

The service made our stay memorable. Simon was friendly and did everything he could to make us comfortable, including preparing some nice surprises. Check-in and checkout were both easy. The ground-floor entrance foyer is being renovated right now, but we'd happily stay again. Our room was spacious, very clean, and just like the photos. Even though it was near the busy route between Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square, it was remarkably quiet, and we slept well in the comfortable bed. A smaller canal was nearby, with gondolas passing during the day, though our room didn't overlook it. The bathroom was spotless, with a lovely shower and several settings. There were loads of TV channels, including Netflix, but we didn't have time to watch. The coffee machine was good, and we liked having drinks in the fridge.

For the price we were quoted, this was the best deal in town. The accommodation was amazing, comfortable and cozy, and in an amazing location.
