This was our fifth fantastic holiday in the Gletscher, and we had lots of fun with Francesca and Marcello again. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with beautiful mountain views. There’s a cozy lounge where guests can read, play games, or chat, and we had another excellent stay. We were taken to the lift by Francesca every morning, and skiing back down was easy. The ski locker is spacious and clean, with your own safe, which was very convenient. The three-course dinner and breakfast both feature local Italian cooking, a good base for a full day of skiing. There’s also a very good selection of Italian red and white wines, mostly from the region, and Marcello has wonderful stories to tell. This week was all about skiing.
