Three of us stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The modern house was beautiful and clean, and the owners were kind and helpful. The Sassi start just 300 meters away, with a supermarket, pharmacy and greengrocer nearby. Parking is free and insured. If I come back to Matera, I'd stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nicola, the owner, was incredibly kind. The apartment is brand new and very well kept, and all the main tourist sights are close by, with the Sassi just 200 meters away. Everything was exceptional, and I'd highly recommend it.

From September 11th to 15th, 2018, we stayed at Casa Charlot and really appreciated the furnishings, condition, and cleanliness. Its Via Serrao address is a great location, close to the historic center and especially Piazzetta Pascoli, where there's a beautiful view over the Sasso Caveoso. Many thanks to the owners, Vittorio Barbieri and Franca from Lucca.
