Luca made this place one of my favorite stays in Italy. He welcomes each guest personally, is kind and respectful, and is always around to answer questions or help with requests. The apartment is right in central Greve Chianti, with parking about a four-minute walk away. The 24-hour rate is a good 6 euro. Inside, it’s large, comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, and organized, with everything you need. I travel to Italy every year and would remember, recommend, and return here.

We were there for four nights with family for a wedding and stayed in both apartments. They were beautiful and so well cared for that the photos don’t do them justice. There were snacks and some groceries waiting for us, and the square is right outside, with restaurants and shops close by. Luca was kind, helpful, and quick to respond. If we get back to Greve, we’ll absolutely stay at B&B Grano e Lavanda again. Grazie Luca! Arrivederci!

Luca was the best, always available, welcoming, and so easy to talk to. We were here for four days and four nights and had a lovely time. Shops, restaurants, and piazza Matteotti are all very accessible. Thank you so much for your kindness. We’ll definitely return to GREVE in CHIANTI and, of course, BnB Grano e Lavanda 👍💯

Luca came over just ten minutes after we called in the evening looking for a last-minute room, showed us around, and got us settled. The place was cozy and clean, and it felt like home. There’s even a really sweet game and living room. Luca was lovely too, he carried our bikes upstairs and gave us a discount for the night. We’d definitely come back!

All the thoughtful little touches made this such a lovely stay. The apartment is a beautiful, rustic Tuscan place, and Luca was friendly and helpful. We hope to return soon!
