Casa al Sole

The hotel manager was rude, and I wouldn't stay here again. The bathroom sink drain wouldn't work. When we asked him to fix it, he seemed very unhappy. It failed a second time, and when we asked again, he angrily stomped to our room and threw a gruff tantrum. All he did was pull something out of the sink and say, “There, fixed!” I couldn't believe how rude he was.

The family running the hotel were wonderful, welcoming people. The furniture seemed a little old, but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the large bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was great, especially the freshly baked croissants. An authentic experience!

The woman who welcomed us was very nice, and the location worked perfectly for the wine expo. The rooms felt a little odd, though I have to say they were very, very clean. I liked having savory choices at breakfast, but the food and drinks were low quality.

The hotel is right in the middle of the village, so the location is great. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have character, and breakfast was nice with friendly staff. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, like sleeping in a child's cot, and the sheets were very crunchy. The Wi-Fi needs an upgrade, there's no excuse for it.
