For one of the region's most expensive prices, I expected more. The rooms are clean, but the A/C barely works, the bathroom is poorly laid out, and the room itself feels lackluster. The owner speaks only Italian. The advertised lake view is really a tiny, unpleasant pond, more like a marsh to some, with Shrek probably living there. There's no A/C in the restaurant or breakfast room either, so good luck in summer. Go figure.

I stayed here with my family. The breakfast was okay and the AC was useless, but worst of all, we didn't feel welcome because we aren't Italian. Never again!

The location was average, and the family who owns it doesn't speak English. They were really nice and helpful, though, and the room and bathroom were very good. Breakfast was good too.

Daniela is so welcoming and kind, and her breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it's a handy base for visiting Florence and the nearby villages. This natural gem is idyllic, a real treat for the soul and a place to relax and feel well. Highly recommended!
