B&B Ca' d'Ambra

Marta knows the local mountains well and gave us detailed, genuinely useful advice on trails and routes for a memorable day out. That personal attention is a big part of what makes a return stay at Ca’ d’Ambra such a pleasure. Silvia puts a lot of herself into everything she does, and guests really feel it.

The owner was really helpful with hiking suggestions, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The rooms and garden are lovely in this beautifully renovated B&B. We had two very peaceful nights there.

Silvia serves breakfast herself, with sweet and savory choices that are high quality and often local. She’s quietly hospitable, happy to handle requests at the B&B, and ready with advice for exploring the valley. Our room looked out onto the private lawn, where guests can have breakfast, read, or do yoga. It also had a flat-screen TV. The room was spacious and carefully cleaned, and the bathroom felt brand new and modern, with a wonderfully large shower. Staying at Ca' D'Ambra was a five-star experience. If you’re visiting Val Grande, this is the place I’d choose.

Silvia helped us put together an itinerary for getting to know the area and made sure our stay at her B&B was just right. She’s the most thoughtful, considerate host I’ve met. The B&B is adorable, the breakfast is amazing, and I highly recommend B&B Ca'd'ambra.
