I've stayed here twice on business, and I'm still at the hotel now, already sad to be checking out tomorrow. It may be a three-star hotel, but the service and restaurant deserve six. The staff really listen to what you need and can sort everything out. The restaurant food is among the best I've eaten in Italy so far. Rooms are always clean and warm. There's a small fitness room with a lovely view of Grosio and the mountains, plus an impressive spa for a three-star place, with a jacuzzi, sauna, and quiet relaxation area. I can't think of anything negative. I can't wait to come back with my wife for a holiday. See you next time 🙂

The staff are friendly and professional, and the whole hotel is fantastic. Ristorante Jim serves a broad choice of Italian dishes, other meals, and desserts, all presented in creative, eye-catching ways. A fabulous dining experience.

I had a really pleasant stay. The room had a nice mountain view, and the friendly, efficient staff made me feel at home. The spa is new and has good facilities. The fitness room has three workout machines. Recommended.
