The room layout is comfortable and the design is nice, and it was helpful not having stairs to deal with our big suitcases. Breakfast, though, was really unpleasant: everything seemed to come from the supermarket, with nothing homemade. When I asked the owner for scrambled eggs, she was clearly unwilling, and what I got was the worst scrambled egg I've ever had.

The owners were so friendly and did their best to make the stay comfortable. The room was spotless and nicely decorated, and breakfast included fresh, homemade food. It’s also well placed between the beaches of Marina de Grossetto and Grossetto city center.

Really spacious room, with air conditioning and a lovely bathroom with a rain shower. Everything felt new, including the TV. The owner was kind and very helpful, and there was a sweet dog too 😊 Rooms: 5 Breakfast: 5 Location: 5

I keep coming back to Alessandro and Maria Angela, and they always make me feel at home. After selling my house in Grosseto, I figured I’d never return and that nothing would feel the same. This place changed my mind. It’s small, calm, and welcoming, with lovely cared-for spaces and a generous breakfast that has plenty of variety and homemade cakes. Rame and Rino, the two big cats wandering around, help ease my homesickness. It’s a peaceful green spot outside town, but still near the center and only 20 km from the sea I love. Alessandro and Maria Angela are attentive and warm while giving you space. Thanks for making me feel so welcome every time.
