We went back and forth about whether to go, then finally decided, yes, let's do it! Three days was all the vacation we had that summer. There were four of us, Mom, my sister, Grandma, and me, trying to pack just a few things was no easy job. Off we went to the Grosseto marina. The house is in a pretty residential neighborhood among the pine trees, and we loved the place. It's on the third floor, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with kitchen, and a terrace that goes around the house. Recently renovated, and honestly, wow. I've looked at rentals, especially in that area, and never found cleanliness, attention to detail, and service like Cristiano's. A special thanks to the owner for filling our days with positivity and joy. He made it easy for us to enjoy our only three days of vacation in peace and quiet. Thanks again.

We spent a lot of time on the two lovely terraces, eating and just relaxing. The apartment has every comfort, in a quiet spot among the pines, about 250 meters from the sea. The owner was attentive and helpful, with plenty of tips on places to visit in Maremma. If you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday, I recommend booking here.

The quiet location near the sea was a plus, and the price for our October 2-4, 2018 stay at the end of the season was good. The owner's manner was fine, and the gentleman was very polite. We enjoyed our holiday and aren't angry. Thanks for responding to my earlier review, and I hope the problems can be worked on. There were several drawbacks. The dishes and fridge could have been cleaner, and although we'd given our arrival time in advance, the place wasn't ready. We waited almost an hour, with no answer to calls or SMS. Luckily, the woman who apparently cleans the apartment happened to drive by. We also waited for breakfast, which was included in our booking. The woman did buy us groceries instead, and we appreciate that, but we chose a place with breakfast because we didn't want to spend holiday time preparing it. The attic apartment was on the third floor with no elevator, which was a lot with suitcases. The low roof meant I had to stay bent over at my average height of 180 cm, or I'd hit my head. The bathroom was the worst issue: the toilet was set so awkwardly that an adult man couldn't stand up properly, and it was so small he couldn't sit on it either. So it was either pee bent at a 45-degree angle or... well, use your imagination. I apologize to the owner for the low rating, since otherwise the service was fine, but the bathroom layout really needs thought. My scores were location 9/10, cleanliness 7/10, apartment layout 4/10, and value for money 7/10. P.S. 7.10.18.

The owner and staff were very helpful, and the place had all the comforts we needed. The shower was wonderful, the tap water sparkling, and bikes were available, including ones for children. A great experience, and I'd definitely recommend it.
