The playground just below the apartments was a big hit with my 5-year-old son. It's well laid out and has lots of fun things to play on. The setting is central, close to the sea and all the shops you need, and the terrace stays shaded by the pine forest, so it never gets too hot for lunch or dinner. My family and I stayed in an apartment this summer and last summer, and both times the apartments were clean and functional. We had a wonderful time. When family issues meant we had to cancel, Alessandra was kind and helpful and found another available apartment for us. With only one day's notice, we were able to shift our 7-day vacation week. It was a peaceful, relaxing stay, and a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it.

There was free parking nearby, and the location was the real advantage: close to the sea, above the Marina di Grosseto amusement park and the Marina di Grosseto market, where there's excellent food. We stayed during the last week of August. Our apartment was booked for three and had enough room for three adults to stay comfortably.

A nice spot for families with small children. The residence is right by the amusement park, and the seafront with its lidos and well-maintained, supervised public beach is only a few steps away. The apartments could do with some updating, but we still had a good stay.

The apartment is on the small side, but worked perfectly for our stay. The kitchen was comfortable and worked well, there's air conditioning, and the terrace was lovely for a quiet meal outside. The location is very central, close to the sea. We really enjoyed it, and the host was so welcoming and helpful. Nothing else to complain about. We'll definitely return and recommend it to everyone. Congratulations!

We come here for our holidays every year. Alessandra is always warm, kind, and helpful. The bright, spacious apartments, fantastic terrace, and location close to everything make it all perfect.
