The owner was extremely kind and helped with everything we needed. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and the location was perfect, close to the center. There was plenty of free parking on the street and in the surrounding areas. Great experience, highly recommended!

It was a cozy, very clean room with all the comforts needed for one night. The historic center is very close, so it's easy to get around on foot.

The staff were welcoming and very willing to help with any question or request. The place was clean and tidy, and having mini-fridges was handy for stays of several days. It's centrally located, so shops and the train station are easy to reach on foot. We'll be back soon.

These rooms are in an excellent spot for exploring Grosseto's historic center on foot. They're air-conditioned and very well kept, both tidy and clean. I recommend them to everyone.

The owner is very friendly, and the area has good services. Parking is available nearby, and the city center is very close. The room and bathroom are spacious, modern, well maintained, spotless, and have everything you need. Highly recommended.
