The staff were 5/5, very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. It's about a 10-minute walk to the centre, with the central station and a Lidl right outside. The room was okay, nothing special, and the bathroom had a slight sewage smell. The walls seemed thin, since we could hear a lot from outside the room. People hanging around outside made the area seem shady at first, but that's typical of central stations. We still felt safe and had a good stay.

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's right next to the railway station, and there are comfortable couches to sit on if you're waiting for a very delayed train.

Easy to get to and very convenient in Grosseto, with a small parking area. The rooms are adequate, though not especially modern and could perhaps use a little renovation. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was fine, and prices were good.

We had a lovely stay, with nice rooms, polite and friendly staff, and a good selection at breakfast. We'd recommend staying here.

We were stuck in Grosseto with our two young children, aged 2 and 4, after wildfires disrupted the train line. We spent three hours waiting on the train, then around 11 p.m. managed to arrange a car to collect us for the hour-long drive to where we were staying. While we waited, we wanted somewhere near the station to get drinks, let the kids cool down, and use a restroom instead of the dirty train toilet. With nothing else around, we tried this hotel's lobby bar. The receptionist wouldn't let us in because the facilities were apparently only for hotel guests. He was unfriendly, almost rude. I don't normally think families with children deserve special treatment, but this was an exceptional situation, and the lobby was empty. We wouldn't have bothered anyone. A very disappointing experience.
