The family were friendly, supportive, and ready to answer questions, including helping us with archery Organisation. There are plenty of ideas and improvements that could be made. We liked having space to relax, chat, BBQ, and play frisbee 🥏, though evenings weren't really possible because of the insects. Water and wine were available, though I'd rather have less and have it free. Parking was spacious. The place is only reachable by car, and free parking near the beach is really hard to find. The middle apartments have no windows, which made it hard to wake up. Be ready for mosquitoes 🦟, and the neighbor dogs were annoying. There wasn't ideal silence, and the WI-FI was really bad!!!! It would also help to get a proper explanation of the rules, like towel changes and cleaning.

Even if you don't speak Italian, Mrs Pace and her son can offer useful tips for local restaurants and places to visit. They were really nice and helpful. Thank you, Romario!

Breakfast came with a few sweet pastries, fruit, and a drink, such as a very good cappuccino. One thing to know is that toilet paper can't be flushed because of the sewage system. There are currently 8 apartments, with expansion planned for 2026. Cars and bikes can be kept under a carport inside the enclosed property. The large pool was built in 2025 and is very nice, with plenty of loungers and places to sit. The beds were comfortable, and the surroundings quiet enough that we could leave the screened windows open overnight. Each apartment also has its own terrace out front. The beach is about 3 km away, along a very good bike path.

The hosts were very nice and accommodating, and their son speaks good English. It was quiet, with a large garden full of typical Italian herbs for cooking. The sea is 7 minutes away by car, and Maremma National Park takes 20 minutes.

The outdoor veranda made it easy to enjoy how peaceful the place was, and the owners were always available. One morning they even brought us some produce from their garden to try, and it was delicious. We spent a week at this beautiful, brand-new place and were welcomed warmly and professionally by the family who run it with real passion. The apartment was spotless, with a kitchen stocked with everything needed. The location worked really well: the bike path starts just steps away and takes about 30 minutes on foot to reach Marina di Grosseto. Grosseto city center is farther, so a bike is best. We highly recommend it!
