Nuncio at reception was so kind and helpful. He welcomed us warmly and patiently answered all our questions, making us feel at home. His friendly, professional manner made the stay more pleasant. Thank you, Nuncio!

The residence is a good option for a disabled person and isn't far from the beach. We received organic cosmetic products and a welcome pack with organic food. The downside is that the rooms, especially the bathrooms, need modernising. The price doesn't match the standard, and room service costs extra.

Comfortable rooms in a central spot, with staff who were both professional and nice.

Letizia and Nunzio at reception were incredibly kind, and we always dealt with them. The apartment was lovely, with a stunning sea view and all the comforts: air conditioning in every room, dishes, an oven, a cleaning kit, sheets, and towels. The full midweek cleaning was a nice touch. The 5-6 steps at the entrance were difficult with our small child in a stroller. Architectural barriers seem to have been overcome everywhere these days! Tuscany also feels increasingly expensive, and the value for money here seemed a bit over the top.

Mr. Nunzio coordinated the whole property and was knowledgeable and attentive to what guests needed. I stayed with my family in July this year at the "La Rosa di Nettuno" residence in Marina di Grosseto, and had a wonderful time in both the apartment and the location. The beach and shops were just 50 meters away.
