Molino Della Volta

We ate outside on the inviting veranda, looking out over the vineyard and olive trees. The traditional food was extraordinary, with so many thoughtful touches from Monica and Fabio that we felt completely at home. Everything was clean, green, and beautifully cared for, with a peaceful atmosphere that made the stay unforgettable. We’ll come back as soon as we can.

Fabio’s cooking is a must. Monica and Fabio are warm and attentive hosts, and the rooms are modern, quiet, and clean. It’s a peaceful corner of the Maremma countryside. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are on the small side, but they’re very well looked after. There’s no air conditioning, though the walls keep things cool enough that we didn’t really need it. The food was exceptionally well made, with all the flavors of home cooking brought out by the chef. Monica and Fabio treated us like family, and their hospitality, service, and friendliness deserve 10 stars. I’d give the place more than five if I could. Thank you both, we’ll definitely be back.

Even in the middle of summer, our room stayed cool, and it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was generous, full of good quality things, and hard to resist. We spent five wonderfully peaceful days surrounded by Maremma greenery and nature, with Monica and Fabio always available and making us feel at home. Grosseto and some of the area's most beautiful beaches are not far away, and we thought the price was very good for what we got. We'll definitely return.
