Tenuta Cusmano Villa Resort

The pool was the standout for us, huge, beautiful, and something special. The whole property was well cared for, with a lovely atmosphere and a distinctive feel. Tucked into nature, the location was perfect, and the view looked like a movie scene. We felt relaxed right away. It's a true hidden gem, and we'd happily come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Maurizio was a fantastic host, and his beautiful property is clearly something he takes pride in keeping in great shape. We spent lots of time by the pool enjoying the views. Sitting on our balcony with a cold Peroni and looking out over the Italian countryside was one of my favorite moments. It was a peaceful place to wind down at the end of our trip, and the drive to Rome's main airport took only about 45 minutes, making our departure easy and stress-free.

We returned to Tenuta Cusmano after many years and it felt like coming home. Maurizio is such a good host that we felt more like family than hotel guests. The building and grounds are immaculate, and the pool and tennis court are just what we need to unwind. There are also some excellent restaurants nearby. It's close enough to Fiumicino that we'll always spend at least our last night or two at Tenuta Cusmano when flying out of Rome. Thanks, Maurizo. Hope to see you again!

The complimentary breakfast was better than we expected, and the view from our balcony and the resort itself were both beautiful. Maurizio was an amazing host who always made time to help or share tips, even with a busy schedule. We had an incredible two-day stay and wished we'd booked longer. We're already planning to return. Thank you!
