We really liked the property. The apartment was thoughtfully styled, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Francesca was always available and helped us with everything. We’ll happily recommend CasaPazzi and would love to return.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Francesca was so kind and helpful, and her warm, calm presence really made a difference. She did everything she could to make our visit special. The villa is in the beautiful historic old town, with wonderful views, and it’s only 19 minutes from the Bach. We hadn’t realized from the Vila’s website just how good every detail would be. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, the fittings and furniture are high-end, and the china is Villeroy and Boch. Grottamare is a lovely resort, with clean, calm seas, good shops, and plenty of places to eat. We’d love to come back, and I can’t recommend both highly enough.

CASA PAZZI WAS OUR FAVORITE STOP ON OUR ITALIAN ROAD TRIP ❤️ The apartment felt magical, with its own garden and a sea view. The old village has charming little squares and excellent restaurants, and the surrounding area includes beautiful cities like Ascoli. Best of all was our brilliant, kind, sweet host Francesca, who made the stay perfect and even helped me get my lost watch back 😘 There was just one slightly scary thing, “the castle goast” appearing in our bathroom window. I couldn’t resist using it to scare my wife 😂 (see the pictures).

We stayed in a renovated historic house with an incredible view of the city and all the amenities needed for an unforgettable visit. Francesca was an incredible host. Definitely worth a visit!
