Handy for the beach, with a great garden, and it works well for a short or longer holiday. The rooms are old and not very comfortable, but it's a summer hotel where you don't spend much time indoors.

I arrange stays here for a few visiting guests each year. The rooms are on the small side, but the pool and beach facilities are great. There are also several top fish restaurants in the country within walking distance. Parking, bike rental and suites are available too.

The pool is clean and a decent size, and the bathroom was clean with hot water. The room was adequate, and the hotel is close to the beach. The restaurant and its service were both okay.

The staff were very friendly, but the hotel felt old and poorly managed. At breakfast they kept running out of knives, so we were given plastic ones or even fish knives. It didn't live up to what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel.

The old town nearby is lovely. The hotel itself felt strange, strange, strange, maybe a tribute to Michael Jackson? Weird, and not even quite dystopian, maybe. It could be okay for a summer swim. Even breakfast was odd.
