There’s plenty of room in the underground parking, and the place feels comfortable, modern, and nicely furnished.

The entertainment makes the place feel suitable for living.

We made good use of the big terrace for every meal, even on rainy days. In late July, the sea view and sunset from there were lovely. The apartment was bright, with simple, practical furnishings, and the whole building was spotless. The train station is nearby, but the apartment is soundproofed very well. It’s about a five-minute walk to the beach, and the arrangement with the Nordest beach club was excellent. Restaurants, a pharmacy, shopping center, tobacconist, and other amenities are all easy to reach on foot. The building itself is modern and attractive, the staff were courteous and helpful with smiles, and the welcome and services were very good. The lift and card access for both the apartment and garage were handy.

The reception team were friendly and easy to reach, and the beach is only a short walk away. Trains pass often, but the property’s amenities made up for that for us. Our apartment was new, clean, and nicely furnished, with a pleasant balcony, table, and chairs, plus a sea view. Covered parking, tidy shared spaces, and effective air conditioning in every room made for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
