Armando and his family made us feel at home at this excellent B&B. The rooms are lovely for a couple or a family with kids. I highly recommend it.

A really peaceful, nice place in a great spot. The owners are very kind, the rooms are clean and spacious, and parking is convenient.

Armando and his family are such lovely people, and they really spoiled us with breakfast on the sea-view terrace. The room was spotless, had everything we needed, and the service was excellent. It’s only 2 minutes from the special historic village and a 10-minute walk to the marina. Their dinner recommendations were spot on. Everything was wonderful. We’ll definitely be back, thanks for everything!! :)

Martina and Armando are wonderful, friendly hosts at this family-run place in the old town of Grottamare. Breakfast is lovely, with cakes made by Mother Ermanna and coffee from Grottamare’s own coffee roaster.

Armando is kind, helpful, and ready to take care of any need. The B&B is in the upper part of Grottammare, with free parking nearby. The rooms are spotless and have every comfort, nothing is missing. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the homemade desserts from Armando’s mother. I highly recommend it. A wonderful stay.
