The host was polite, and the place was clean and cozy.

I only needed a bed for one night at a reasonable price, and room 6 was fine for that. It was very basic, just a bed and a small bathroom. There was an annoying cigarette smell, maybe coming through the bathroom vent. The website says breakfast at a nearby bar is included, but nobody told me anything about it when I picked up the keys. If you don't need much, it does the job, but that's about it.

Not recommended. The owner was rude, cleanliness was questionable, and there was absolutely no hot water. They also charged an extra €30 cleaning fee because of the dog. One star feels generous.

I was a student living away from home and couldn't find a place straight away, so I stayed here for two weeks. On arrival, they put me in a room with an external bathroom without telling me in advance. The hallway got cleaned, but the room was left as it was for the whole stay, with no sheet changes or cleaning inside. Even the shared microwave wasn't cleaned regularly. The website mentions breakfast vouchers for participating bars and pastry shops. I was told I couldn't use that service because I was staying for two weeks, and it was only for people there a few days. The owner described my “long” stay as a favor to students. I paid the full price, and students are guests like anyone else. When I talked it over with classmates, I heard about other bad experiences at places run by the same owner, including apartments. Two girls arrived at an apartment that was supposed to have a kitchen but had none. After they reported it, one was installed while they were staying there, so they lost some days of use.
