After a day cycling in the summer heat, arriving at Tenuta Bardi by bike felt wonderful. Eugenie and her son welcomed us, showed us around, and made us feel at home. Then we cooled off in the beautiful pool. The house is spotless, tidy, and well organized. The modern bedrooms have excellent air conditioning and great ensuite bathrooms, and breakfast was really good.

There are some very good wine producers in the area, and breakfast in the morning was excellent, with scrambled eggs, cold cuts, and delicious sweet pastries. The pool was great too. Everything was perfect, super clean, and had an elegant feel. A very nice place to stay 👌🏻

The setting made us feel right at home. Our room was impeccably clean, and the pool was stunning, peaceful, and looked out over the olive trees. The owners, Eugenia and Gianni, were kind and helpful, always ready to meet our requests and share useful tips on the best places to discover nearby. The villa is tucked among greenery and centuries-old olive trees, only a few kilometers from Porto Cesareo, and well placed for reaching Salento’s loveliest spots. Breakfast was excellent, with both sweet and savory options. We spent a wonderful week here, highly recommended! Giulio and Stefania

We’ll be back! The owners were so kind and welcoming, which made the place feel even more magical. It’s surrounded by greenery, with a dream of a pool, and the property is charming and meticulously kept. Breakfast was good quality too. A special thank you to Eugenia and her wonderful family ❤️
